Questions.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Your plan starts. If you added a card, it is charged on that day and your site keeps running. If not, we remind you to pay. On a monthly plan the site is locked 3 days after payment is due, until you pay. Nothing is deleted while you decide.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Yearly costs less overall. Contact us to switch and the change applies at your next renewal.

How do I cancel?

Email jacob@automatejake.com. Your site keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you can ask for a copy of your data first.

Where is my data stored, and is it safe?

Sites run in the United States on DigitalOcean, with encrypted, off-site backups. Each customer has its own database and credentials, and all traffic uses HTTPS. The Privacy Policy lists every service we use.

Can I bring my existing data?

Yes. Contacts, products and history can be imported from spreadsheets, and we can help with the move.
